Hello year 12 students,

I hope you had a good half term break. Well done to all of you who have finished the evaluation of your preliminary task. You will find my comments posted on your blogs. If you have not yet finished this piece of work, can you please make sure it is completed by the end of Friday November 6th.

This week we lose our double lesson because of target setting day. On Friday we will be showing you how to compress your preliminary task files so you can put them on your blog if you have not yet done so. We will also be showcasing the rest of the films. After that I hope there will be time to introduce the next task which is:

"To film the titles and opening of a new fiction film to last a maximum of
2 minutes."

Pages 34-41 of your OCR book provide some excellent guidance to help you with this task and I would like to read those pages carefully as your home learning for this week. If you read this in time please would you bring your OCR book to Friday's lesson.
